When a NEW patient comes in for an initial visit we  will discuss your chief complaint and your medical history.  You will be asked a series of  detailed questions regarding your health and concerns in order to gain a full understanding of your individual situation.  

Follow-up Treatments

CANCELLATION POLICY

Holistic Healing Acupuncture, we have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, there will be full charge for the time that was blocked off for your personal session.

We realize that there are many things that come up in people’s day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, Holistic Healing Acupuncture cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations. The clinic reserves specific times for each patient affording individual care. In fairness to all patients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
